    Working one-on-one with people is my favorite part of being a teacher. Whether you’re brand new to yoga, have a specific goal you’re working towards, are processing trauma release or are just looking to relieve everyday stress, individual sessions can be an incredibly valuable way to build a practice with results. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to integrate a regular practice into your life in a way that works for you. I love working with folks virtually and in person.     The first yoga class I ever taught was the morning of a dear friend’s wedding, and it was an unforgettable experience. Creating space for a group to come together in collective movement, breath, and nervous system regulation can amplify and energize the alchemy of shared experience in a beautiful and personal way.
